UPDATE August 2023
Now, I'm continuing my journey as a 5th-grade teacher at Bowdon Elementary School. Guiding young minds and fostering a love for learning has been incredibly rewarding. However, I'm gearing up for a new adventure as I plan to make the move to Gainesville City Schools for the next school year. I'm eager to bring my passion for education and community engagement to a new setting.

UPDATE December 2024
I will giving my students their presents tomorrow thanks to some donations that allowed me to purchase them. See photos to the left as they open their gifts.

UPDATE April 2025
Last Week, my students took a field trip to the middle school, where they got to explore their future campus and meet some of their upcoming teachers. While touring I saw Imelda. I am super excited knowing she’ll be guiding them next year. Here is a picture Imelda and I took while we were touring!
